How It Works
Starting Service Is Easy
Tell us about your kitchen. We look at your fryers (to size your oil container) and your grease trap (to set your cleaning schedule). Virginia requires most restaurants to clean traps every 90 days or when 25% full, whichever comes first. We track this for you and show up automatically. Every visit includes a receipt that satisfies health inspectors.

For Multiple Locations
Own several restaurants? We keep it simple. Same reliable service at each location, one combined bill, one set of inspection records. Whether your restaurants are in Richmond, Norfolk, or Arlington, everything works the same way.

I have been working with greasecycle for almost a year and have no complaints. James made sure I have ample room for my disposed oil and the regular clean outs of the bins are quick and on time. If you are questioning your services now give them a call. I’m glad I did!”

I don’t use Greasecycle for their services, but my customers do. I have referred business to them and they have always been prompt to call back. While networking in the hospitality industry, I always ask my customers what vendors they use, Greasecycle’s name comes up most of the time, and with great feedback. Keep up the great work.

Frequently Asked
Questions Restaurants Ask
How often does my grease trap need pumping?
Virginia requires cleaning every 90 days or when your trap reaches 25% full, whichever comes first. Busy kitchens might need monthly service while slower ones can go 90 days. We measure your actual rate and set the right schedule automatically.
How do your locks prevent oil theft?
Our containers use hydraulic locks that only our trucks can open. The sealed lid prevents pumping or siphoning. For high theft areas, we offer indoor containers. We document weights and gallons so you know exactly what you’re getting paid for.
What paperwork do health inspectors require?
Inspectors need: service date, restaurant name, trap size, gallons removed, disposal location, and company signature. We provide this on a one-page form every visit plus digital copies stored for three years. Some cities want photos, which we include automatically.
What’s the 1,320 gallon EPA rule?
If you store over 1,320 gallons of oil total (including fresh oil, used oil, and oil in fryers), federal law requires an SPCC spill prevention plan. That’s about 24 drums. We help you count and suggest simple containment methods to stay compliant.Retry
