Used Cooking Oil Pickup & Recycling for Restaurants.
Scheduled UCO pickup, secure containers, and cleaner corrals for restaurants, hotels, and commercial kitchens across NC, SC, and VA. We show up on time, leave the site clean, and turn your waste oil into a check every month.
When your hauler doesn’t show, your kitchen pays.
An overflowing bin isn’t a mess. It’s a direct hit to your bottom line. Every day you wait for a no show pickup is a day you’re absorbing real cost, in plumbing, in pests, in liability, and in inspector confidence.
“I saw too many hardworking owners get let down by faceless national haulers. So I started Greasecycle to be the partner who actually shows up. Cleaner, safer, more profitable. That’s the difference.”
Pest infestations
Spilled grease and foul odors are an open invitation for rodents and insects. Health code violations follow.
Safety hazards
Greasy slicks around the corral create a real slip and fall liability for your staff and delivery partners.
Health code violations
An unmaintained grease area is a red flag for inspectors. Fines and follow up visits hit the bottom line.
Plumbing disasters
With nowhere to go, used oil ends up in your drains. Emergency plumbing on a Saturday is thousands of dollars.
Time stolen from your kitchen
Every call chasing a missed pickup, every minute spent cleaning up someone else’s mistake, is time your team isn’t running service.
Sixteen years. Built one kitchen at a time.
Greasecycle has been the trusted partner for food facilities across the east coast since 2009. Reliability and sustainability are why thousands of restaurants, hotels, and franchises count on us.
Get started today →Three steps. That’s the whole process.
You don’t have time for a complicated transition. We’ve streamlined every step to get you from a grease headache to a reliable revenue stream with almost no effort on your part.
Site assessment & transparent quote
Tell us your fryer count, weekly oil volume, and the headaches you have today. We walk the corral, measure the space, and send a written quote inside 24 hours. The quote names the container size, pickup cadence, and rebate rate up front. No bait and switch on month two.
Container placement & route setup
Typical container delivery inside 48 hours. We pick a spot that doesn’t block staff or block dumpster pickup, anchor it, and lock it. Your account gets assigned to a route with a fixed pickup day. Your kitchen manager gets the driver’s name and ETA window, not a generic 1-800.
Scheduled pickups, signed tickets, paid out
On your assigned day, the driver vacuums the tank, weighs the load on certified on truck scales, and records the pickup directly into our system. The full record is held at our office for as long as compliance requires. Rebate payments run on a fixed monthly cycle. You stop thinking about grease.
Paperwork your inspector actually wants to see.
Most haulers treat compliance like an afterthought. We treat it like the product. Every pickup is logged directly into our system at the time of service, signed off by the driver, and held on file at our office for the full retention period. If an inspector wants backup paperwork, we pull it the same day.
-
Every pickup logged in our system
At the time of pickup, the driver records the volume in gallons, weight in pounds, and rebate rate directly into our system. The signed record is held on file with us, ready any time you need it.
-
Records kept on file, ready when asked
The matching internal record for every pickup is filed at our office and held for the full retention period. If an inspector ever asks for backup, we pull it the same day, no charge.
-
DOT registered hauler, permitted in 3 states
We hold active hauling permits in NC, SC, and VA. Our DOT number is on every truck. If an inspector calls, we answer the phone.
-
Certified on truck scales
Every pickup is weighed on calibrated scales audited monthly. You get paid on real weight, not on the driver’s eyeball estimate.
-
ISCC certified processing facility
Your oil goes into the renewable fuel supply chain through an ISCC certified plant. Your sustainability report has a defensible source.
Six containers. Free with service.
A one size fits all bin doesn’t work in a kitchen. We provide secure, leak proof containers sized to your fryer count, your corral, and your shift. All at no cost to you.
55 gallon lockable drum
Secure, compact drum for kitchens with limited space. Fits under a 3 compartment sink or in a tight corral, keeps oil locked away.
100 gallon secure metal box
Leak proof, lockable, with anti theft safeguards. Compact enough for crowded corrals, large lid for spill free pouring.
125 gallon plastic bin
One of our easiest to use. Lightweight for moving, only 36 inches tall, lockable lid. Designed for staff that pours often.
215 gallon low profile bin
Only 31 inches tall. Curved lip prevents drips, grates eliminate food buildup and backsplash. Safer for staff who pour hot oil daily.
300 gallon metal bin
Durable steel with lid safeguards. Built to fit a dumpster corral out of customer sight. Easy access for staff, no spills.
Automated oil management
Plumbed directly to fryers. Oil flows through sealed lines into the tank. No carrying hot oil, no burns, no spills.

Yes. We’re a fully permitted, DOT registered hauler in NC, SC, and VA. Every pickup is logged directly into our system at the time of service, signed by the driver, and held on file at our office. If an inspector ever wants backup paperwork, we pull it the same day.
Depends on your fryer count and oil volume. Most small kitchens run weekly or every other week. Mid volume kitchens (3 to 5 fryers) typically run weekly. High volume kitchens with 6+ fryers can need twice weekly pickups. We size the container and the cadence together so the bin never overflows before the next scheduled stop.
Call us. Our 24/7 emergency line dispatches an extra pickup, usually same day in the metros where we have routes. If overflows happen more than once, that’s a signal the container is undersized or the cadence is wrong, and we resize the schedule at no cost.
Every container we provide is lockable. Our standard practice is keyed locks on all bins, with the key held by you and our driver only. Theft of used cooking oil is a known issue in our markets, especially with unsecured bins behind restaurants. Our anti theft container design and route day discipline keep your rebate revenue where it belongs.
Yes. Many of our restaurant customers bundle UCO pickup with monthly or quarterly grease trap cleaning on a single account. Two services, one schedule, one invoice. See grease trap cleaning.
You earn a rebate per gallon based on current market price for used cooking oil. Weights are recorded on certified on truck scales every pickup. Payments are calculated monthly and sent on a fixed cycle. You see the gallons collected, the rate paid, and the total on every statement. No volume guessing, no surprise deductions.
Turn your used oil into a check.
Stop dealing with unreliable service. Get a partner who shows up, does the job right, and pays you for what was already going down the drain. One call, and you’re done thinking about grease.
