Greasecycle team.
We started with a windowless van in 2009. Sixteen years later, two plants, hundreds of routes, and a team that shows up on time, leaves the lot clean, and gets paid for it. If a promise kept means something to you, keep reading.
Pick the door that fits your role.
Every open position is posted on Indeed in real time, with the option to apply in a few clicks using your existing profile. If you’re a driver, you can go straight to our DOT-compliant application below. Either way, your resume lands in front of our hiring team, not a black box.
Apply for a driver role.
Driver openings are posted on Indeed in real time. Once you find a route that fits, the formal application runs through our DOT-compliant intake. It takes about ten minutes and routes straight to our recruiting team that same day.
- Browse driver openings on Indeed
- Apply through the DOT-compliant intake (CDL A / B)
- Routes across NC, SC, and VA · home daily on most
- Direct line to Victoria, our recruiter
Apply for an office, sales, or plant role.
For every position outside of driving, we run a single application form. Tell us the role, the location, and a little about yourself. The form lands in front of our hiring team the same day, no third-party platform required.
- Resume goes straight to our hiring team
- Tell us your preferred role, location, and schedule
- Share anything that doesn’t fit on a standard application
- Same-day review · no black box
How we hire isn’t a personality test.
During every hiring decision, we ask whether the person sitting across from us actually carries these four traits. Skills can be taught. These four can’t.
Grit
Drives us to handle the toughest jobs while others quit. Service never stops, regardless of weather, hours, or how messy the trap is.
Humility & Pride
Means we listen to the customer first, then take ownership of solutions. Proud of the work, never above the work.
Decisiveness
Empowers our team to solve problems immediately, without bureaucratic delays that cost customers their time and money.
Scrappiness
Turns obstacles into opportunities. Finds creative solutions when the standard approach won’t work for the customer’s setup.
Where the work happens.
Six teams keep the routes running, the plants processing, and the customers covered. Each one hires for the same four core values, and each one has its own openings posted on Indeed.
Drivers & Routes
The face of Greasecycle on every shift. CDL Class A and B drivers running grease trap and used cooking oil routes across NC, SC, and VA.
- CDL-A / CDL-B Driver
- Route Supervisor
- Helper / Apprentice
Processing & Plant Ops
Inside the Raleigh and Charlotte facilities. Plant operators, equipment techs, and maintenance crews who turn waste into ISCC-certified raw material.
- Plant Operator
- Fleet Maintenance
- Yard / Loader Operator
Operations & Dispatch
Builds the schedule, dispatches the trucks, manages the docs that keep the field running. The control room for the routes.
- Operations Manager
- Dispatch Coordinator
- Site Supervisor
Sales & Relationships
Relationship managers who sign new restaurants and keep existing ones happy. Time in the field meeting kitchen managers and chefs.
- Relationship Manager
- Strategic Account Executive
- Systems Installer
Customer Service
First voice the restaurant hears when something breaks at 11 PM. Reps, account managers, and the team that owns the customer relationship.
- Customer Service Rep
- Customer Relationship Manager
- Project Manager
Admin & Finance
Accounting, HR, compliance, recruiting. The team that keeps payroll on time and the trucks DOT-legal on every state line.
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Recruiter
- People & Compliance Manager
The people behind the routes.
Quotes from team members across production, operations, sales, customer service, and admin. Real people, real photos, real tenure. If we use one, we asked first.
“I started here when we had one truck. The reason we still run on time after fifteen years is nobody on this team thinks a route problem is somebody else’s problem. You see it, you fix it.”
“You can tell who built this place actually worked on a yard. The equipment gets maintained. The shifts make sense. Pay shows up every week without anyone chasing it down.”
“Almost ten years in and I still own my book. When I tell a kitchen manager I’ll get back to them by Friday, I have the authority to make that happen. That’s why these relationships last.”
“This is the rare office where ‘decisiveness’ isn’t just on a poster. If I see a problem at 7 AM, I can fix it by 9. No three-meeting approval chain. That’s what keeps me here.”
“Calls in this business can get heated. The team here actually backs you up. If a customer needs something special, we make it happen instead of pointing at a policy.”
“You’re never just a name on a badge here. Dylan knows everyone’s first name. So does Justin. That sounds small until you’ve worked somewhere it wasn’t true.”
Real team members · Shared with permission
If you drive, this is the fastest path in.
Drivers are the position we hire most often. The application is DOT-compliant, takes about ten minutes, and routes directly to our recruiting team. If you have a CDL Class A or B and a clean record, we want to talk to you.
- Home daily on the majority of routes
- Paid weekly · direct deposit · no quibbles
- Late-model fleet, maintained at our own facilities
- Routes built around your shift, not the other way around
- Real path to lead driver, route supervisor, and dispatch roles
It’s the basics, done seriously.
Pay shows up on time
Weekly direct deposit. Overtime paid. Whatever was promised at offer is what hits the account.
Health benefits
Medical, dental, and vision plans available for full-time roles. Family coverage on most plans.
Promote from within
Drivers move into lead and supervisor roles. CSRs move into account management. Most of our managers started in the field.
Home most nights
Routes are designed regional, not long-haul. Most drivers are home daily. Schedules built around your life.
Stable, family-run
Same family-owned business since 2009. No private equity flip. The owner is in the building most weeks.
PTO that’s actually used
Paid time off, paid holidays, and a culture where you’re expected to take it. No badge of honor for unused days.
Training paid for
We pay for CDL upgrades, hazmat endorsements, and ongoing safety certifications when the role calls for it.
Late-model fleet
Trucks are maintained at our own shops. If something breaks, it gets fixed. You’re not babying a 15-year-old rig down the highway.

For drivers, often within the same week from application to road test. Office roles typically run two to three rounds over one to two weeks. We tell you up front what the timeline looks like so you can plan.
-
Yes. Helper and apprentice positions don’t require a CDL. We pay for the CDL training when you’re ready, and the path from helper to driver to lead is real, not a story we tell at orientation.
-
Most routes are five days, home daily. Start times vary by route, with early starts most common. We try to keep schedules consistent week to week instead of rotating shifts unless a driver specifically asks for variety.
-
Yes. Field roles run across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Plant roles are based in Raleigh or Charlotte. Office and remote-eligible roles vary, listed individually on Indeed with the location specified.
