ISCC

Greasecycle LLC (Greasecycle) collects and refines used cooking oil and grease trap material so that it can be used as raw material to manufacture new products such as renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel. Greasecycle is strategically participating in the International Sustainability Carbon Certification EU and CORSIA (Carbon Offsetting Reduction Scheme for International Aviation) to verify the collection and refinement of these raw materials as genuine wastes or residues. In return, these raw materials can be sold in the ISCC EU and CORSIA certification schemes to generate biofuels.

The ISCC certification process requires Greasecycle to notify its customers, classified as points of origin, of its participation in the ISCC EU and CORSIA certification schemes. Greasecycle must also provide customers with a copy of the ISCC EU Self Declaration and the ISCC CORSIA Self Declaration. All customers supplying used cooking oil to Greasecycle are required to comply with the conditions set forth in these self declarations.

From now onwards, Greasecycle will collect your used cooking oil under the assumption that you meet the requirements set forth in the respective self declarations, unless formally noted otherwise as described below. You can accept these certification requirements by simply continuing to present your used cooking oil to Greasecycle. No further action or response is needed. However, if the quantity of used cooking oil supplied by your facility exceeds 5 metric tons (1,436 gal or 11,023 lbs) per month for ISCC EU or 10 metric tons (2,872 gal or 22,046 lbs) per month for ISCC CORSIA, please fill out the respective Self Declaration form or forms annually and email a copy to info@greasecycle.com.

If at any time you object to these requirements, or wish to opt out of the ISCC certification, please notify Greasecycle by email at info@greasecycle.com and explain your objection. Without an objection, the above mentioned ISCC Self Declarations apply and are incorporated into and made part of your agreement with Greasecycle for each collection of used cooking oil from your facility.
